Visa Letters
Note: Hong Kong is a visa-friendly destination that welcomes visitors from around the world. Citizens of approximately 170 countries and territories can enter Hong Kong without needing to apply for a visa in advance, with visa-free periods ranging from 7 to 180 days depending on nationality. To check whether you need a visa to visit Hong Kong, you can refer to the official Hong Kong government visa webpage: GovHK Visa Requirements.
In case you indeed need a visa, the support letters can be issued to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, demos, or members of the conference committee.
● For visa support letters, please complete the following request online: https://supportletters.acm.org/ . Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your current postal mailing address
- The full name of the MobiCom conference: The 31th Annual International Conference on Mobile Computing and Networking (MobiCom 2025).
- Conference registration confirmation number (Only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the conference).
- If you are the author of any paper, poster, or demo accepted for the conference, please provide the title, and indicate whether you are the “sole author” or a “co-author”. If you are a speaker, please provide the title/topic of your talk.
