The 21st ACM International Conference on Mobile Systems, Applications, and Services (ACM MobiSys 2023) is the premier conference for the design, implementation, usage, and evaluation of mobile computing and wireless systems, applications, and services. This conference is sponsored by ACM SIGMOBILE and its 21st edition is going to be held in Europe after 5 years.
