The conference will be held at The Mount Washington Hotel at Bretton Woods.
As grand as the history behind it, the Mount Washington Hotel, located in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, is gracious in ambiance and generous in amenities. A favorite New England retreat of presidents, poets and celebrities, the hotel delights every sense with enchanting music, refined dining and luxurious décor. A grand masterpiece of Spanish Renaissance architecture, the Omni Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire's White Mountains was a two-year labor of love for 250 master craftsmen. Conceived by industrialist Joseph Stickney, this National Historic Landmark opened in 1902 and has been attracting generations of families ever since.
Accommodation
The Mount Washington Hotel would provide guest rooms at conference rate $179 for the period from June 15, 2014 through June 19, 2014. The $25 resort fee per room per night is waived, which includes the following amenities and services: in-room high speed Internet access, valet parking, access to all resort fitness centers and pools, free local and long distance calls (up to 15 minutes), resort shuttle service, morning coffee and newspaper, seasonal lectures and musical programs, daily activities include tennis, racquetball, après ski parties, ice skating and hiking trail access.
The rate is subject to the 9% NH State Room and Meals Tax and the cutoff date for $179 rate will be May 18, 2014.

Visa Support
The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend ACM sponsored conferences. They can however issue a visa support letter.
For Visa support letters, please send all requests to the Office of SIG Services supportletters@acm.org with the following information:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Current postal mailing address
- The name of the conference you wish to attend
- Your Registration Confirmation Number
- If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the ‘sole author’ or a ‘co- author’
Please note visa support letters are issued via email by PDF and the original is mailed to your current postal address.
Transportation
The Mount Washington Hotel and Resort is a spectacular facility, but unfortunately getting there is not trivial. Most people will need to arrange air travel into one of the major airports, and then travel by car or bus to reach the hotel. Below are details on the closest major airports and details on how to travel to and from the airport and the hotel.
Airports
Boston Logan (BOS - Boston, Massachusetts)
Boston Logan is the largest nearby airport and is often the least expensive option. Logan serves 36 overseas markets with nonstop service. The airport serves as a gateway to locations around the world through direct flights to Dublin, Madrid, Toronto, the Dominican Republic, Tokyo, Panama City, Istanbul, Dubai and Beijing.
Boston Logan is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes by car or bus from the Mount Washington Hotel and Resort.
Manchester-Boston (MHT - Manchester, New Hampshire)
The Manchester-Boston airport, located in Manchester, NH, is closer to the Mount Washington Hotel and Resort than Logan, but is often more expensive. Manchester is served by Delta, Southwest, United, and US Airways.
Manchester is approximately 2 hours by car or bus from the Mount Washington Hotel and Resort.
Portland International Jet Port (PWM - Portland, Maine)
The Portland airport is the closest major airport to the Mount Washington Hotel and Resort, but has the fewest flights and is generally more expensive than Boston Logan. Portland is served by Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest, United, and US Airways.

Ground transportation to/from the airport
There are three primary options for traveling to and from the hotel from the airport: rental cars, ride sharing, and a car service from Logan and Manchester airports.
Rental cars
Several rental car companies serve each of the major airports (Boston, Manchester, Portland). If traveling by car, use the following GPS address for the hotel:

Ride Sharing
We are encouraging ride sharing. Zimride, an organization that connects people with space available in their vehicles with people looking for a ride, is hosting a ride sharing board for MobiSys participants located here. If you have room in your vehicle and you are willing to give another conference participant a ride, or if you are looking for a ride, please consider posting on Zimride's board.
Car Service
There are several car services available at each airport, but Boston Coach is one service that provides rides from both Boston Logan and Manchester airports. The cost is roughly $400 each way for a car or 10-passenger van.
