The venue for MobiCom 2014 will be the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. A special hotel rate of $200 plus tax and resort fee has been negotiated and is valid for the period between September 4th and September 14th. The negotiated rate is offered until August 9th or when the block is sold out. The hotel is situated along a spectacular stretch of the famed Ka'anapali Beach. This oceanfront resort blends an endless array of activities and amenities with gracious aloha spirit. Located beachfront with spectacular views of Lana'i and Moloka'i, The Westin Maui Resort and Spa is just minutes from Maui's many attractions. The special hotel rate is applicable for a fixed block of rooms. Make your hotel reservation as early as possible!

Update [Aug 8th, 2014]: Due to high demand of the hotel rooms, we have increased the block size multiple times. However, our contracted room type is now completely sold out. The lowest rate category available is Ocean View Rooms, and we have negotiated the rate at $269 per night plus tax and fees. There are also many other hotels nearby, including the Hyatt and Kaanapali Beach Hotel.

Neither the MobiCom Conference nor ACM issue formal invitation letters for VISAs. ACM can however issue a VISA support letter.

Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received. The deadline for receiving requests for support letters is the same deadline for early registration (TBA).

Getting to Maui
There are two airports in Maui. Kahului Airport (OGG) is the major one. There is also Kapalua West Maui (JHM) that is for inter-island connections, but is closer to the hotel (4miles). Flights from the mainland land into OGG.
